Annual Sessions, July 10-12, 2026

Let us know when you register if the costs below would make it difficult for you to attend. We don’t want to turn anyone away for lack of funds.

Cost to attend including meals:

Adult or teen 5 meals $170

Child 5 meals $130

Adult 4 meals $145

Child 4 meals $105

Adult 3 meals $120

Child 3 meals $80

Adult 2 meals $85

Child 2 meals $60

Adult 1 meal $50

Child 1 meal $30

To attend without meals:

Adult no meals $40

Child no meals $20

Babies (age 0-2) = free

To attend by Zoom only:

There will be no charge to attend on zoom only.

Friends just joining us for Sunday Worship do not have to pay anything or register unless they stay for lunch. In that case, they need to register and pay $25 for lunch ($15 each for a child). Checks or cash can be given to the registrar at Yearly Meeting that Sunday morning.

Payment

Send a check made out to SCYMF with “Annual Sessions” in the memo line to the registrar. For the address to send the check, please email registrar@scymf.org.

You may also pay online through Tithe.ly. Click here. It would be helpful if you checked the box with the option to cover the Tithe.ly processing fees.
