Travel Funds Request.
Representatives’ travel: If you have been approved as a representative of Sierra-Cascades to Friends Committee on National Legislation or Friends World Committee you will have priority for SCYMF travel funds for travel and registration costs to their annual meetings, upon request. You do NOT need to complete the form on this page.
As a representative, we encourage you to bring your experiences back to the body of Sierra-Cascades. You may submit a written report to co-clerks@scymf.org, hold a workshop or webinar, or other creative ways of responding. It could include what you learned, how you were blessed and strengthened, the needs and responses you observed, and any follow-up recommendations you may feel led to give.
Travel for other reasons: Members of Sierra-Cascades may request travel & registration funds for attending other Friends’ organizations, for visiting other meetings/churches in Sierra-Cascades, for deepening your spiritual life, or for other reasons. In this case, please complete and submit the form.

NOTE: Sierra-Cascades’ representatives to FCNL or FWCC do not need to complete this form to attend the regular annual or biannual meetings within the US.
