Volunteers needed at annual sessions

Please consider the ways you can help make life easier for others during annual sessions. You will be able to specify on the registration form how you’d like to help.

• Host guests in your home if you live in the Portland area

• Drive attenders from their home stays back and forth to Reedwood each morning and evening

• Clean up after meals (wiping tables and taking out trash)

• Pick up trash and leftovers out of the workshop rooms Saturday evening

• Set up chairs and tables in the dining area and the tables in the front foyer on Friday morning at 9:00 AM

• Make coffee and set up the snack area

• Put chairs and tables away Sunday afternoon

• Pick up trash and leftover materials in the sanctuary, lounge, front foyer and other areas at the end of sessions on Sunday
